Patron Ads for Program / Souvenir Booklet
All ads must be received no later than Friday, October 8, 2018. Any submissions received after this deadline may not appear in the souvenir booklet.

To ensure the highest quality printing, please submit “camera-ready” artwork. “Camera-ready” is “Camera-ready” – meaning what you submit is what will be printed. NOTE* If ads are not “Camera-ready” then an additional $75 Graphic Design and Layout Fee must be submitted along with the ad in addition to the cost of the ad.
- • Ads must be original, clear black and white or color print, and submitted in digital format (Adobe .PDF, Microsoft Publisher or Microsoft Word format) for best reproduction.
- • Patron Ads will also be accepted in paper format, but for best results make sure it is “camera-ready,” and do not to fold your paper ad since any wrinkles or folds will become visible in the final product. For best results, place your artwork in a manila folder/envelope and either mail it or personally give it to your Sports Director.
- • Also, please make sure your digital files or camera-ready artwork has been checked for accuracy, appears as you wish it to appear in our booklet, and is within the correct size guidelines (see sizes above). Our finished souvenir booklet is 8½” x 11”. Each page is published in portrait format.
- • Disclaimer: All submissions are subject to the final approval of the Maryland AAU Awards Banquet Committee, and may be edited or modified to fit our publication guidelines. Patron Ad requests will be honored on a first come, first served basis.
